Custom TOF image sensors
We develop the CMOS image sensors that are at the core of our time-of-flight products, having invented the SILO pixel architecture which combines extremely fast charge transfer with small toggle capacitance - enabling excellent demodulation contrast at frequencies beyond 100 MHz. The SILO pixel is the reason our TOF cameras require minimal illumination power and stand out for their compact size.
